Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Coco’s Custom Charms will send a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit if your jewelry was received damaged or defective. 

Please understand that we can not restock or issue a refund for items once they leave our facility. We will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than a jewelry piece being damaged, defective or a mishap on our end. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, you will have the option to exchange for a replacement or receive a refund. That refund will be given in the form of store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Coco’s Custom Charms reserves the right to refuse all returns. ALL sales are final, unless there are any mishaps on our end. Please learn how to submit a return request here.
