Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed within 7 business days, please allow at least 7 business day prior to inquiring about tracking numbers. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, processing times will be extended to 10-14 business days.

Once an order has left our facility your shipping selection will be applied , and USPS will deliver your package within your selected timeframe. Coco’s Custom Charms does not offer expedited processing unless specifically requested to rush an order.

All custom made orders will currently ship within 4-5 weeks. These items are handmade by our design team and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned.

International order deliveries normally take 10-20 business days. Depending on the country, delays can occur. Customs and duties fees may apply, these fees are not charged by Coco’s Custom Charms - they are a requirement from your country's postal service. Coco’s Custom Charms is not responsible for paying any custom and/or duty fees associated with your package.

Coco’s Custom Charms ensures the delivery of each order to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, Coco’s Custom Charms shall be in no way liable. Coco’s Custom Charms does not take responsibility for lost packages nor stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.

Our hours of operation for customer support, production & shipping are 9AM - 6PM CST Monday through Friday.
